Screens

One-time pairing codes
No remotes, no typing web addresses on the TV.
- Plug the player into any TV and it shows a short, random code.
- Type that code once from your phone or computer to connect it. The code works once and expires on its own if it isn't used.
- Once paired, the screen remembers your store and doesn't need pairing again unless you remove it.
Multiple stores and screens
Organize every screen by store, all in one place.
- Add as many store locations as your plan allows, each with its own name, address and time zone.
- See every screen's status at a glance — which playlist it's playing, and whether it's currently online.
- Pause an individual screen (shows a plain black screen) without touching anything else.
Offline alerts
Know the moment a screen goes dark — before a customer does.
- If a screen loses its internet connection for more than 15 minutes, you get an email.
- A second email lets you know when it's back online.

Playlists that update instantly
Change what's playing without touching the TV.
- Build a playlist from any combination of your pictures and videos, in any order, with a custom display time for each picture.
- Assign a playlist to one screen or copy it to several at once.
- Changes reach every paired screen within seconds — no need to walk over and restart anything.
Time-based playlists
Show the breakfast menu in the morning, lunch at noon — automatically.
- Set up to 10 time slots per screen (e.g. 6:00–10:00 am), each with its own playlist.
- Slots follow your store's own time zone, including daylight saving.
- Outside any slot, the screen falls back to its regular playlist.
Store hours and the closed sign
No blank, black TVs glowing in an empty store overnight.
- Set your store's opening hours once, per location.
- Outside those hours, screens automatically show a calm, dim 'Store is closed' sign instead of your regular playlist — or go fully black, your choice.
- The sign gently shifts position every few minutes to protect the screen from burn-in.

Your data stays yours
Every business's screens, media and playlists are kept separate.
- Enforced at the database level, not just hidden in the screens you see — another business can never see or reach your content.
- Pairing codes are short-lived, single-use, and checked on our servers, not just in the app.
Keeps playing through a bad connection
Screens save their own copy of each picture and video.
- Once downloaded, content keeps playing from the screen's own saved copy — a dropped Wi-Fi connection doesn't mean a blank screen.
- The screen automatically catches back up and recovers on its own once the connection returns.
