Get the app on the TV

On the TV, open Downloader and type this address:

www.kcsignplay.com/kcsignplay.apk

Then choose Install and Open. The TV shows a code; pair it from your phone under Screens → Add screen.

Downloading now gets you Version 1.0 · 60 KB.

Starts by itself when the TV turns on

Fire TV Stick

  1. On the Fire TV home screen, search for Downloader and install it (free).
  2. Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options → Install unknown apps and switch Downloader on. No Developer options? Go to Settings → My Fire TV → About, click the device name 7 times, then go back.
  3. Open Downloader, type the address above and choose Go, then Install and Open.
  4. When it asks, switch KCSignPlay on under Display over other apps, then press Back.
  5. The TV shows a code. Pair it from your phone under Screens → Add screen.
For example TCL and Sony TVs

Google TV

  1. Install Downloader from the Google Play Store on the TV.
  2. Go to Settings → Apps → Security & restrictions → Unknown sources and switch Downloader on.
  3. Open Downloader, type the address above, then Install and Open.
  4. The TV shows a code. Pair it from your phone under Screens → Add screen.
  5. After the TV is switched off and on, choose the KCSignPlay icon on the home screen. Google TV doesn’t let apps start by themselves.
