If your TV already has apps built in, its own web browser is the fastest way to get started — nothing to buy, nothing to install. Tested on a Hisense smart TV; the menu names below may differ slightly by brand.
Setup
On the TV remote, open the TV’s apps and choose the Browser app (sometimes called “Internet” or “Web browser”).
Type the address www.kcsignplay.com/player and open it.
If the browser lets you save a bookmark or favorite, save this page so it’s quick to reopen later.
Press OK once on the pairing screen for full screen.
Using the remote’s arrow buttons, push the small pointer arrow all the way to the bottom-left or bottom-right corner of the screen, out of the way. Don’t leave it at the top — on some TVs that brings back the browser’s address bar.
On your phone or computer, sign in to KCSignPlay, go to Screens → Add screen, and type the code shown on the TV.
In the TV’s own settings, turn off any sleep timer, auto power off or energy saving option that switches the TV off when nobody touches the remote — the exact menu name varies by brand.
After a power cut
The TV restarts to its home screen. Reopen the browser, choose the saved bookmark, press OK for full screen, and park the pointer in a bottom corner again. The screen stays paired — no new code is needed.
If something looks wrong
A pointer arrow sits on the screen: TV browsers always show one — push it to a bottom corner with the remote’s arrow buttons. If the pairing code shows again, the screen was removed in the dashboard — pair it again the same way. On a black screen, check the dashboard — the screen may be Paused.
